Today during lunch I took some pictures of the Chick-fil-A that is under construction near my office.
I wanted to get some updated pictures before sharing ones that I took about five weeks ago. On my way home from Dallas (See: Rainy Day Memories) I stopped at In-N-Out in Pleasanton for dinner.
The Chick-fil-A will be in the same complex across the parking lot from In-N-Out.
The forms for the foundation of the restaurant look like they are almost complete. I am sure that progress will be rapid from this point. I may need to have In-N-Out for lunch a lot more often during the next couple of months to watch the progress.
However, rain may slow the construction down as we do have more rain in the forecast during the next month.
I will try and get more pictures during the construction process and will post an update when there is a more dramatic change.
I am excited that later this year there will be a Chick-fil-A close to work.
The closest Chick-fil-A to my house is 33 miles away and from work it is about 15 miles away. This one will only be a couple miles away from work.
