Last Friday afternoon I stopped by the construction site of the Pleasanton Chick-fil-A to see if there were any noticeable changes.
The first thing I noticed while stopped at the light after crossing over 580 from Dublin was the new sign that said they were ‘Now Accepting Applications’.
They also have a new construction trailer set up in the parking lot by the site. There is another big sign announcing that they are “Now Accepting Applications’, and it looks like a box where you can pick up an application to fill out.
With the opening only six weeks away on November 17th, it is definitely time to start hiring and training the new employees.
Maybe some of the new employees will go train at the new Stockton Chick-fil-A that will open in just three weeks. However, if they go to another location to train it will probably at the Fremont or Walnut Creek restaurants.
The area around the building is starting to look a bit cleaner as outside construction winds down. Here you can see the two drive thru ordering stations. I am sure that they will soon be paving this location.
I have not taken a picture from this angle before. You can definitely see the layout of the double drive thru in this picture. This will be the main parking area for the restaurant with the entrance just by the flag pole.
The flag pole is also new as it was not in the pictures from the previous week. See: Pleasanton Chick-fil-A – Signs are Up
I will try and get some more pictures before I leave for a trip later this month.
