Tonight I am remembering my Grandpa who was born 95 years ago. I had meant to post this on Tuesday, but got excited about Water Droplets pictures that I had taken on the way home.
I did remember on Tuesday morning to change my Facebook profile picture to one of my favorite pictures of my Grandpa.
This picture was taken when my Grandpa graduated from the Midwestern School of Evangelism in Ottumwa, Iowa.
One of my favorite memories of my Grandpa was listening to him preach. I have several boxes of his sermons, class material and radio transcripts. I also have some of his preaching journals that document where he preached and some of his preaching charts.
The picture above was taken in Weed, California where he preached during the ’80s. I really like the map behind him and it reminds me of my trip to Israel.
I think this picture was taken when he graduated from High School. He went to the Mennonite High School Academy in Hesston, Kansas.
I will share one more picture of my Grandpa. This is one of the few pictures that I took of my Grandpa. This was taken in Yosemite when he came to California to visit me. This picture brings back memories of the suspenders that he always wore.
This completes a quartet of posts remembering each of my grandparents.

Ah, the treasured memories that warm our heart. A wonderful tribute to the man.
Very nice photographs. But they are nothing I am sure compared to the pictures you have in your memories of your grandfather.
What a lovely tribute to your grandfather!
