I am just back from a very long walk. I had been very inactive today because of a rainy afternoon and needed a lot of steps to reach my daily goal.
While out walking I started to think of my upcoming trip.
I did think a little bit about The Packing Formula for the trip. It has a new variable since I will be staying in a serviced apartment that has a washer and dryer. I can cut down on some of the things that I pack into Clifford the Big Red Suitcase.
I also thought about what to do on the Saturday between my courses. Right now my top two options are either the Taronga Zoo or the Blue Mountains.
The Taronga Zoo in Sydney is one of my favorite zoos and I have really enjoyed my previous visits. I also have taken some very nice pictures there.
It has also been the inspiration for several posts including my post Where’s Perry?.
The Blue Mountains are very beautiful and I have only been there once before. I would definitely like to visit them again.
The waterfalls in the Blue Mountains are very beautiful and since it is the rainy season they will probably look even more impressive. However, since it is the rainy season I will have to keep an eye on the weather. That may be the deciding factor in my decision.
I did have a nice walk tonight and really enjoyed looking at the Night Sky. The sky was really clear after the rain and Orion was clearly visible. I also saw a falling star (meteorite), so am thinking about my wish.
Hmm, Zoo or Mountains. Which would you choose?
