Wednesday Image Search – Uar

Welcome to another Wednesday Image Search where I pick a string of letters or a word and share some of the images I find in an image search of the blog.

Last week I searched for ‘tar.’ This week I will proceed to ‘uar’ as I extend the sequence.

What images will I find?

london, 2000, first trip to london, old digital picturesThe first image is of a guard at Buckingham Palace in London. I took this picture during my first trip to London back in the last century.

Quarter Chicken, nando's, Chicken and Chips, Medium SauceThe next image is of a quarter chicken at Nando’s in Australia.

Gospel LIghts Quartet, Lymann Lalk, Marion Payne, Randy Kirkman, Kevin CorderHere we have a picture of a record from the Gospel Lights Quartet. I am sure that some of my readers remember this group.

Mandela Square, Sandton, Johannesburg, South AfricaHere is a giant statue of Mandela. The statue looms over Mandela Square in Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Square Opening, Archaeology, Tel Lachish, digFinally we have a square that was just started at an archaeological dig at Lachish, Israel.

There were quite a few ‘uar’ pictures to choose from. I hope you enjoyed my selections. I have a lot of square pictures that may need another post someday.

Which is your favorite of these ‘uar’ pictures?

What should I search for next?  Since I am following a series with ‘?ar’  the next one will probably be ‘var’ as it looks like I have just enough to make a post.
