The day is finally here. I am on vacation and finishing up all my little chores so that I can head to the airport this afternoon. The dig in Israel is calling me.The suitcase is packed and ready to go.

The yard has been mown.

Other yard work like taking care of my flowers has been completed.

My travel tokens placed in my carry-on bags.

The airports await. I will take off from SFO.

After a long flight I will emerge in the arrival hall at Tel Aviv.

Now to get a few more things completed like making sure I don’t have any library books due while I am gone and making sure I drink the last bit of milk.
