This month as I have driven by the Tracy Hills development you could see houses start to rise out of the ground.
So, on Sunday I snapped a few pictures as I drove by.
OK, maybe you can’t see the houses very well in this picture, but I wanted to give the setting with the hills on the west edge of the Central Valley and one of the California aqueducts.
Here I have cropped the picture to give a closeup of the houses under construction. They have definitely made a good start.
Here is a view from a different angle showing that residents might have a view of Mount Diablo as long as it is not obscured by houses further north of them 🙂
Can you see the houses in this picture? There is definitely a lot of work going on still with the infrastructure as you can see a lot of concrete pipe.
Oh, here are the houses off to the left. Here you can also see the view of Mount Diablo that you will probably get to see from some of the open spaces.
I am sure that once the models are open that construction will forge ahead and it will soon be a sea of houses.
