Earlier this month I saw Strawberry Twinkies at the store and I decided to buy a box of them.

The box has a bit of a Valentine’s Day theme to it with the hearts. This box design is quite a bit different from the Strawberry Creme Twinkies that I bought a couple of years ago. See: Twinkies Flavors

I do like the taste of strawberries. When it comes to Ice Cream it is possibly my second best flavor after vanilla.

The Twinkies look like just about all the other flavors when you open the box.

I didn’t get the best picture, but here you can see the strawberry filling in the fill holes.

Here you can definitely see the strawberry filling. The filling did have a good flavor.

This was the first box of Twinkies that I have bought since I tried Deep Fried Twinkies. I still have some from that box in my freezer. They are good, but then I think of the trouble of heating up the oven and waiting for them to heat up 🙂
