A Day of English Food

A quick post to show a typical day of food while teaching in England.

Sausage, Bacon, Eggs, Beans, Potatoes, Tomato, Blood PuddingOf course the morning starts off with a full English Breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, potatoes, tomato and blood pudding.

English Sandwich, Tesco, Lunch, Carolina BBQLunch is usually a tray of sandwiches brought in, but no plans were made for lunch so it was off to Tesco to buy something. Here is my Smokehouse Pulled Pork with Carolina Style BBQ Sauce. Maybe not quite the typical English sandwich, but not so different either.

Fish and Chips, English DinnerDinner was Fish and Chips. I wanted something not to heavy as I am still getting over jet lag. The fish was nice and flaky and really good, the chips were chips and the chick-pea puree was just tasted.

Now for another day in the classroom.
