This weekend I saw some limited edition flavors of Hostess CupCakes at the store. Of course, I had to buy some.

Last year they had Pumpkin Spice CupCakes, but they do look a bit different this year.

The Caramel Apple CupCakes were something that I had not seen before. They looked really good, so I was excited to give them a try.

This evening I had a light dinner so it was time to try one of the Caramel Apple CupCakes. I really like the look of this box, it makes them look delicious.

I opened the box and pulled out one of the individually wrapped cakes. They looked really nice with the red Original Squiggle.

I opened up the wrapper and the aroma was wonderful. I hoped that they would taste as delicious as they smelled.

I bit into the CupCake. The taste was really delicious. I have to say that this is the best tasting Hostess CupCake that I have eaten. Maybe it is just the flavor combination, but it is done well. A great balance of the flavors where one does not dominate over the others.

Now to try the Pumpkin Spice CupCakes and see if they are as delicious as they were last year.
