This evening I took a walk around Marina Bay in Singapore.
In this picture you can see the Marina Bay Sands resort and the ArtScience Museum. I really like the blue reflection of the pedestrian bridge and the white of the museum.
Here is the Singapore Flyer which is near the entrance to Marina Bay from the ocean.
On Sunday I visited the Gardens by the Bay. If you click on the link you can see pictures from the gardens and forest that are in these two domes. They look very beautiful at night, especially with the reflection in the bay.
Here are the skyscrapers at the opposite end of the Marina Bay. It was a long walk to the other end of the bay and it was time to start back down the other side.
Here is the view looking back toward my hotel. The Marina Mandarin is barely visible on the left side of the picture. It is not lit up as brightly or as tall as the other hotels.
This was one of my favorite pictures from tonight. I was able to capture the moon rising above the ArtScience Museum. This was in the middle of a giant light show. The museum is usually a brilliant white, but at this point it was bathed in blue light. It was quite a dramatic scene with the moon rising slowly above the structure while the light show was going on.
I have many more nice pictures from the walk, perhaps you will see them in future posts.
Now I am tired and must get some sleep 🙂
