Today we had another Beautiful Sunday.
I spent the afternoon at the orchard and took a few pictures so I could remember the beautiful day.
One of the first pictures that I took was of my buddy Tarragon. He was enjoying the sun while relaxing on the sidewalk.
The fruit trees were blossoming, so I went to take a few pictures. Here are some beautiful peach blossoms. I like the pink blossoms contrasted against the red boards of the shed. You can also see that the leaves are starting to appear on the tree.
Here is another view of the blossoms. You can see that the tree is full of blossoms. It will not be long until the pink blossoms are gone and there will only be green leaves. However, it won’t be long then until fruit starts to appear.
Today was another clear day where you could see the Sierra mountains in the distance. There is a heavy snow pack since we are near the end of the rainy season. I hope we have at least a couple more storms so that the snow pack increases even more. We are almost at normal precipitation this rainy season but we are well behind for the past five years. We need our reservoirs to fill up from the snow melt this spring.
I like this picture with the reflection of the barn in the puddle of water. We had a really good rain last week and there was still a bit of water around.
I just looked at the forecast and it will be dry for the rest of this week. However, next Sunday I may be able to share pictures of a rainy day.
