I like to get peanuts when I go to a baseball game. I also like to eat peanuts during the baseball season when I am home.

When baseball season starts you can usually buy team branded bags of peanuts at the grocery store.

Of course, I usually buy the ones with the Oakland A’s logo since you can’t find one for the Royals out here in California.

Most of the peanuts in a 12 oz bag will have either one or two nuts in them.

Occasionally you will find one that has three nuts. A triple peanut!

Last summer I bought a bag of peanuts that had not only one ……………

or two ………………………………..

but eight triple peanuts. All of these were in one 12 oz. bag of peanuts.

I should have gone and played the lottery that day. I have not see a triple peanut in the several bags that I have bought since. Of course one of them was a Giants bag so I didn’t expect much from it 🙂

I always like to add to my Baseball Memories, and this was definitely an interesting one.

Now to patiently wait for the pitchers and catchers to report to spring training in a couple weeks. Baseball season is almost here.
