The long awaited day for Tracy Dunkin’ Donuts fans is coming closer. Tonight I was running an errand near the location of the Dunkin’ Donuts so decided to take a short walk and get a few pictures. The pictures are not the best as it gets dark early this time of year, but you will get the idea.

Here is a picture from my first Dunkin’ Donuts post when construction had just started. I now know the opening date, and it will be very soon.

They are currently stocking up the store in anticipation for the opening of the store. You can see the panel truck with the large ad that is aimed toward the Sacramento market. I am sure that you will eventually see trucks like this with names of other valley cities.

I talked to one of the workers who was outside and found out when the opening was going to be.

Here is the entrance to the drive through. I am sure that as soon as Dunkin’ Donuts opens that this will be a very busy place in the mornings as commuters head toward the Bay Area.

The new Dunkin’ Donuts is right off of the main route heading out of town toward the Bay Area. Hopefully it will not effect my commute too much. Luckily I won’t have to worry about it for awhile as I will be traveling when it opens and won’t be back until after Thanksgiving.

I am sure that by now you are wondering if I am going to tell you when the Dunkin’ Donuts will open. An employee told me that they would be opening next Tuesday, so the opening is now only one week away.

I will probably go check it out soon, but probably on a weekend and not during the weekday morning commute rush.
