Can you have a White Christmas without snow?
This morning it was foggy as I headed off to worship.
Visibility was reduced, so I took it slow when I was around other vehicles. I felt like I was always driving toward a white wall that slowly moved away from me.
I travel to services on a two lane highway running between fields and orchards. Thankfully there is not much traffic. However, it is often foggy if the humidity is high.
It was interesting to see the bare trees in the fog.
I always like driving by this farm where there are trees on both sides of a long driveway. On the way to services it was foggy and you could see the silhouettes of the trees.
Without the fog the trees definitely looked different.
The past couple of weeks there has been a lot of fog and visibility has been low.
Today that fog has not burned off and it has been a day without sun.
I went walking this evening in the fog and it was interesting to see the fog in the headlights as cars would drive by.
This week will be interesting as a major storm with a lot of rain will hit late Monday or Tuesday. The storm has been described as a river of rain. I may have to just wait to finally finish my rose pruning.
