This week I am on a virtual trip to Australia again. As I sit in my living room in front of a computer I am teaching a class in Sydney, Australia.

Even though I am not there I am thinking of previous trips to Australia. I have seen the Sydney Opera House many times. This is one of my favorites of the pictures I have taken.

I would often take evening walks near where I would stay and take pictures of the flora and fauna. Here is a nice picture that I took of a Kookabura. It was sitting in a gum tree. Do you remember the song?

I would often go and eat at Nando’s when I would visit Australia. When will they expand to new locations in the US. They are only in the Baltimore/Washington and Chicago areas.

I am also missing some of my Australian favorites like a nice can of Solo. I really like this lemon drink. It has a bit of a zing to it.

I am also thinking about a trip that I took to the Blue Mountains. They were very beautiful.

I am glad that I have a lot of memories to replay. It helps me feel better connected to my students.

Now to get ready for Wednesday’s course tomorrow. Wait, it is only Monday.
