Wednesday Image Search – Lus

Welcome to another Wednesday Image Search where I pick a string of letters or a word and share some of the images I find in an image search of the blog.

After searching for ‘jus’ last week, I will search for ‘lus’ this week as there were not enough ‘kus’ images.

What images will I find?

Cherry Orchard, Cherries, Cherry Harvest, ripe cherries, Central CaliforniaThe first image is of a cluster of cherries. They are a beautiful red color.

Red Junglefowl - Gallus Gallus - Crowing Cock - Toranga Zoo Sydney

Next is a Jungle Fowl (Gallus gallus) at the Taronga Zoo in Sydney, Australia.

Please Don't Flush, Toilet SignHere is a don’t flush sign with some interesting items that are prohibited. I saw this on a train in England while traveling from Sheffield to London.

Nubian Ibex, Ibex, Capra nubiana, wild goat, masadaHere is a callus on the knee of an Ibex. I took this picture at Masada. See: A Close Look at an Ibex

Calculus with Analytical Geometry Textbook

Finally, here is a Calculus book. I used this in a post about The Packing Formula.

There were not many ‘lus’ pictures to choose from, but they were interesting.

Which is your favorite of these ‘lus’ pictures?

What should I search for next?  I will probably go with ‘mus’ as there are a lot of images to choose from.
