Virtual Hike to West Side Docks, New Brunswick

The next destination on my Virtual Hike was the West Side Docks at St. John, New Brunswick.

West Side Docks, New Brunswick, St. John, Bay of Fundy, Virtual HikeThe route crossed the border by crossing the St. Croix River at Saint Stephen, New Brunswick. This is where Samuel de Champlain spent the winter of 1604.

West Side Docks, New Brunswick, St. John, Bay of Fundy, Virtual HikeHere is the entry point into Canada. After crossing into Canada I headed toward St. John so that I could take the ferry from the West Side Docks.

West Side Docks, New Brunswick, St. John, Bay of Fundy, Virtual HikeThe Digby Ferry will take me across the Bay of Fundy to Nova Scotia so I can continue toward the next stop on the virtual hike.

The next stops include some places where my ancestors lived, a place of great mystery and where one of my favorite book series is set.
