November Walks

This month when working from home I am making sure that I take a walk that includes at least three loops of the nearby park.

On days that I work in the office I get enough steps along with some stairs when I go to the top floor for lunch.

November walk, 1/3 mile loop, trees, gazebo, fallI always enjoy seeing the colorful tree that is right across from where I cross the street to the park. I have enjoyed watching the color appear and am now watching more leaves fall each day.

The important thing for me is that I am getting some fresh air and exercise each day. I have not spend enough time exercising during the pandemic and need to build back up some of my stamina.
