Sunday afternoon I had a nice drive home through the valley.
There were some scattered clouds in the sky and some wet spots along the road after the rains from last weekend.
It looked like most of the tomato harvest was over for the year. I saw several tomato harvesters parked along the edges of the fields.
It was nice to see that the harvest is ending as there will be less dust in the air.
Looking out toward the hills you could see freshly plowed fields that were a bit wet. They will soon be planting the next crop.
Looking way out to the hills you could see that they are starting to turn green after the recent rains. Soon the hills will look like it is spring time if you lived in other areas of the country. The wonders of the rainy season.
