This week I have been enjoying winter weather. Of course, it is not that cold as Sao Paulo is only 23 degrees south of the Equator.
For comparison, here are a few places that are 23 degrees north of the Equator: Cuba, Bahamas and Cabo San Lucas at the tip of the Baja California Peninsula of Mexico.
Here is the forecast from Accuweather for the weekend in Sao Paulo. It is warm on Friday and Saturday, but cools off on Sunday. These are still summer temperatures for a lot of people, but not for me.
Back home they will be under an Excessive Heat Watch, with temperatures on Sunday up to 107 degrees. It will definitely be much cooler here.
It feels a lot more like spring here, especially with blossoms in the trees and also scattered on the ground.
It is nice to walk to lunch each day as the weather is so nice. We have also eaten outside each day so have been getting some nice fresh air.
Another week to enjoy the nice weather before heading back home. I hope it will cool down at home before I get back.
