Today I have been thinking about Chinese food. I found out this morning that I will definitely be making a trip to Shanghai next month.
I am looking forward to some meals like this one.
I am hoping that I will be able to have dinner with one of my friends. It would be nice to see how much her daughter has grown.
I will hopefully stay in the hotel that I usually stay in. It is just down the street from a Xian Noodle shop where they make their own noodles.
I am hoping that I will be able to have some of my favorite dumplings. See: Shanghai Dumplings
It hope that we have some good fish while I am there.
Now I am hungry and must have a snack before bed.

I love homemade noodles and dumplings! Now I am craving good Chinese food.
Me and my husband plan on going to Japan at some point because we have always wanted to go there and this blog post has made us want to go even more now!! But until we get to go I will have to stick with making my homemade sweet and sour chicken on my blog that I just posted. I was looking for more recipes when I came across your post. LOL!
