Today I continued on to Central Missouri.

Leaving Kansas City we passed the sports complex where the Kansas City Royals and the Kansas City Chiefs play.

Seeing the Royal’s stadium brought back a lot of good memories of watching games there in the past.

We knew we were getting close to our destination when we passed over the Missouri River in Jefferson City.

As we were driving through Jefferson City I saw a sad sight. Here is where we used to stop at Zesto for banana milkshakes. Now the building has been torn down.

Here is an interesting picture of the mailboxes across the street.

Here I am sitting in my Mom’s workroom looking at one of the many binders of family history that she has put together.

My niece borrowed my camera and was going around taking pictures. She really liked my camera, and she is a portrait photographer.

Tomorrow is the wedding day for my sister. I will most likely share pictures tomorrow evening.
