Tonight I am posting the final picture in the series that has been appearing at the bottom of my posts for the last four months.
The pictures have been of the construction of an Ankerstein building. The building uses the NF20 set and is called Votive Church in the plan book.
You can also see a few more church buildings built with Ankerstein in my previous Anker Church Building post.
Here is the A view of the Votive Church in the NF20 plan book.
Here is the B view. I really like the illustrations in the plan book. They make you want to build the plans.
I constructed the church building back in January 2012. I took this picture on February 2nd shortly after finishing it.
The building was on my table until June 26 when I finally took it down while cleaning up my house in preparation for a visit from my Mother.
I decided to have a little fun and borrowed a tripod from a colleague to take pictures. I then took pictures while disassembling the building.
The pictures that I have posted over the last four months have been in reverse order.
You may notice a small shift between pictures 49 and 50. I forgot to put a new battery in my camera before I started. Hopefully I will remember this if I do this with another building.
I also looked to see what I posted on my blog that evening. There was no mention of the pictures being taken. Instead I wrote a post about the Henry Doorly Zoo titled: Omaha Gorillas
I hope you enjoyed watching the building slowly rise over the past four months.
Steven
p.s. Now to change my routine. I automatically went to add the picture for today 🙂

I’m glad that you explained the Ankerstein pictures that have been at the bottom of your posts. I’d thought about asking about them–but thought that I’d probably missed something, and didn’t want admit it.

Fun stuff. You could make a print of each and turn it into one of those flip books.
