Twin Nieces

My twin nieces just celebrated a milestone birthday, so I thought I would share a few pictures of them from when they were much younger as a way to say Happy Birthday.

They grew up way too fast.

twins, nieces, twin girls, all grown up nowI remember when this picture was taken. They were so tiny.

twins, nieces, twin girls, all grown up nowThey were so cute in their little pink dresses and their baskets of goodies.

twins, nieces, twin girls, all grown up nowHere they are riding a horse together. Don’t ask me which one is which.

twins, nieces, twin girls, all grown up nowThey looked so cute all dressed up.

twins, nieces, twin girls, all grown up nowThis is one of my favorite pictures of them. I really like the colors of these dresses.

They look like country girls.

Happy Birthday!

Wednesday Word Search – Dat

Welcome to another Wednesday Word Search where I pick a word and share some of the images I find in an image search of the blog.

Awhile back I searched for ‘hat’ and ‘bat’ so started a theme of ‘?at’ words. Last week I searched for ‘cat’ so will continue on.

The word for tonight is: Dat

Dat is not a word that can be used in Scrabble, but it is a letter string that is in many words.

What images will I find?

Date Due Slip, Old Library Book, Library Memories

Here is a date due slip, which is not something you see in new books. This was in an older book that I requested from the library.

Great Uncle Fred, Commendation, Medal, Army, NurseHere is clipping about my Great Uncle receiving the Army Commendation Medal.

Foundation, dirt work, lime, ground prepHere is some foundation work on the new building I am working in.

windows updates, updating, windowsNot what you want to see when you are in a hurry. Windows Updates can come at the wrong time.

Foundation Stone?, Even ha-Shetiah, Holy of Holies, Temple Mount

Is this the Foundation Stone on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem?

I have more images for ‘dat’ but my usual number to share is five, so I will bring this to a close.

These images show that ‘dat’ is a sequence used in several words.

Which is your favorite ‘dat’ picture?

What should I search for next? It will probably continue with the next ?at word. I am sure that I have some ‘eat’ words 🙂
