Oak Island Season 9

Since the season finale of The Curse of Oak Island in May there has been a lot of speculation as to whether there will be another season. Curse of Oak Island, History Channel, Did they find anything? Will they keep hunting for the answers to the mystery and for lost treasure?

Will there be a season 9?

Oak Island, curse of oak island, season 9, history channelToday I visited their page on History.com and here is the answer. The new season will start on November 2.

Oak Island, curse of oak island, season 9, history channelWe only have a little more that a month to wait for the premier of Season 9 of The Curse of Oak Island. This year there is again the added drama of how they will continue the search with all the restrictions from COVID-19.

Oak Island, treasure, Randal SullivanHopefully they will start showing some trailers as to what will happen during the season. I guess I will have to watch some shows on History Channel.

Curse of Oak Island, Mahone Bay, Nova ScotiaIt will be interesting to see where they will be digging or exploring this year as they begin a new season.

Will they undertake one of the big projects they proposed as the end of last season?

The operations at the site will have already been completed, so perhaps they will give hints of what is to come later in the season.

Should we already start discussing whether there will be a Season 10 of The Curse of Oak Island?

What will they find this year?

Wednesday Word Search – Kat

Welcome to another Wednesday Word Search where I pick a word and share some of the images I find in an image search of the blog.

Awhile back I searched for ‘hat’ and ‘bat’ so started a theme of ‘?at’ words. Last week I searched for ‘iat’ so will continue on. However, since I already searched for ‘hat’ it will be skipped. ‘jat’ does not bring up any images so it will be skipped.

The word for tonight is: Kat

Kat should be interesting. The string ‘kat’ is in some interesting words.

What images will I find?

Peach KitKat, Japan, snack, candy bars, flavorsThe first image is of a package of KitKat bars from Japan. There are many different flavors of the bars in Japan. These peach flavored ones were delicious.

Katey Sagal, Amish Ancestry, Who Do You Think You Are, GenealogyThis image comes from a post that I wrote about Katey Sagal. Did you know that she has Amish ancestry. The image shows one of the ways that I am related to her. We share a common ancestor who was captured by Native Americans and lived with them for awhile.

Ton Katsu, Japanese Food, Travel, CuisineNow for food. One of my favorite meals is Ton Katsu. I always enjoy ordering this when I go to Japan.

Katong Laksa, Singapore, Soup, Spicy soup, coconut milkThis bowl of Katsong Laksa is from Singapore.

Katoomba Falls - Blue Mountains - Australia - WaterfallsMy last image is of Katoomba Falls in the Blue Mountains of Australia.

These images show that ‘kat’ is mainly found in names of people, places or things.

Which is your favorite ‘kat’ picture?

What should I search for next? I will probably continue with the next ?at word. I took a quick look and have a lot of images for ‘lat’ to choose from.
