Welcome to another Wednesday Image Search where I pick a string of letters or a word and share some of the images I find in an image search of the blog.
Last week I started a new sequence. There are multiple ”*au’ combinations that will not find enough images. I already had to skip ‘aau’ and ‘bau’ in this ‘*au” sequence. I will have to skip more as I go along, but did have enough for ‘cau’ last week. This week I will search for ‘dau’ even though I don’t have the usual five images.
What images will I find?
The first image is of the book Forgotten Daughter by Caroline Dale Snedeker. I really enjoyed this Newbery Honor Book. I read it during my challenge to read all the Newbery Award and Honor books. This was a great historical fiction book.
This is going to be a short search as I only found a few images. The second image is of another book.
The book is The Daughter of Sherlock Holmes by Leonard Goldberg.

There were only the two ‘dau’ images to choose from, so I chose them both.
Have you read either of these books.
What should I search for next? I will probably just continue on with this new sequence.
