Wednesday Image Search – Rot

Welcome to another Wednesday Image Search where I pick a string of letters or a word and share some of the images I find in an image search of the blog.

Last week I continued the current sequence with ‘pot’. This week I will search for ‘rot’. There will be some gaps in this ‘*ot’ sequence, including ‘aot’, as not all combinations will find images.

What images will I find?

Three Brothers - Grandpa and Great-Uncles - Family Pictures - MemoriesThe first image is of three brothers. This is my Grandpa Braman and his two brothers, Howard and Elmer.

Rote Pfanne, Stilbruch, Jena, Food, comfort foodNext is a dish at my favorite restaurant in Jena, Germany. The Stilbruch has some wonderful pans of food. This one is called Rote Pfanne or Red Pan.

Frothing Chocolate - El Cardenal Restaurant - Chocolate - Mexican BreakfastHere is a waiter frothing hot chocolate at El Cardenal in Mexico City. One of the best pre-flight breakfasts that I have had in my travels.

Red Stag, Red Deer, Roter Hirsch, Jena, Germany, Oldest Restaurants, 1509Here is the historic Roter Hirsch restaurant in Jena, Germany. It has been a restaurant since 1509. Have your ever eaten in a 500 year old restaurant?

Rotten Root, Rose Bloom, Yard WasteFinally we have a rotten rose root that I removed while trimming back my roses one year. It is always sad to trim my roses at the end of each year as they often still have blooms.

There were quite a few ‘rot’ images to choose from.  I hope you like the selections that I made.

Which is your favorite of these pictures?

What should I search for next? I will probably continue with the ‘*ot’ series.
