I’m Stuffed

Today this was a phrase that many uttered after we stuffed ourselves with Thanksgiving dinner.

stuffed, thanksgiving decorations, thanksgiving, feast, foodI went to some friends to enjoy a feast together. I was greeted by a large blow up turkey decoration, complete with a Pilgrim hat.

stuffed, thanksgiving decorations, thanksgiving, feast, foodI loaded my plate with turkey and fixings. I tried to not eat too much, but I had to have a little bit of everything.

stuffed, thanksgiving decorations, thanksgiving, feast, foodI had to say that I’m stuffed, and had to take a rest before finally having a slice of pumpkin pie before heading home.

I went out and walked later in the evening, and was still feeling a bit stuffed. I will need to take a long walk tomorrow to make up for not walking too far today.

The food was great today, but more importantly I enjoyed spending time with friends I have not see for awhile.

I am thankful for a great day.
