Tonight I am thinking about bees, so will share a few pictures I have taken through the years.

Here is a honey bee on an orange blossom.

Here is another honey bee harvesting pollen.

Here is a honey bee on a purple flower.

Which makes me think of this honey bee on some lavender.

Since I started posting pictures of honey bees, I will end up with this one. It was harvesting pollen from the rows of trees that line the sidewalk up to our library.

I hope you enjoy these honey bees. I may have to go have a touch of honey before I retire for the evening.
