On Saturday I captured a few views of spring.
First is a picture of my front yard. It is currently overgrown a bit and I really need to mow. Perhaps sometime this week I will get it done. I have some wonderful rose blooms for early in the spring, but that is because I didn’t cut back my rose bushes this year. I will see what happens.
I am still getting used to the color of my house. It looks so different painted blue.
Here is an interesting bloom on my yellow floribunda rose bush. I will sometimes get orange or red blooms.
As I usually do on Saturday, I took a trip to the library. The trees leading up to the door are in full bloom. I made sure to wear a mask as I walked up the sidewalk.
Of course, the blossoms attract honey bees so I tried to get some pictures of the bees at work.
I will close with a rose that is opening in the Community Rose Garden. The bushes are starting to fill up with blooms.
Some nice views of spring.
