Welcome to another Wednesday Image Search where I pick a string of letters or a word and share some of the images I find in an image search of the blog.
Awhile back I searched for ‘hat’ and ‘bat’ so started a theme of ‘?at’ words. I finished the theme, so am now searching for double vowels
Tonight in the new theme of double vowels I am searching for ‘ee’.
These should be interesting. There are a lot of words with double vowels.
What images will I find?
With the first image we have a bee on a thistle in Turkey. My Mom was looking forward to seeing a picture of this little creature with a double vowel in the name. I have so many bee pictures that I could have just shown them in this post.
The second image is of some Pumpkin Spice Cheerios.
Next we have an image of a cheese board in the restaurant at a training centre I stayed at near Toronto.
Here is a sign at a museum I visited in Germany during my last trip. The sign was giving information about a special exhibition about life at the Dead Sea (Toten Meer). Some pictures that I took during a visit to Masada were part of the exhibition.
Finally we have a needle cartridge on my record player. I have listened to a few records during the pandemic.
I had 687 ‘ee’ images to pick from, and had to make some tough decisions on what to share. I may have to do a 2nd edition of this post.
Which is your favorite of these ‘ee’ pictures?
What should I search for next? I think I will continue the theme of double vowels with ‘ii’.
Steven
What this means is finding a picture with the letters EE in it.
