Wednesday Word Search – Hat

Welcome to another Wednesday Word Search where I pick a word and share some of the images I find in an image search of the blog.

Last time I searched for ‘open’ so I thought about searching for ‘closed’.

However, I was inspired by the latest Lego Masters episode to search for something else. The episode last night had them building wearable Lego hats.

The word for tonight is: Hat

This may be interesting as ‘hat’ is sometimes just part of a word.

Will all the images tonight be of hats?

Santa Hat, Christmas Time, DecemberI knew that a Santa hat would show up in the search.

Hattusha, Turkey, Hittite Capital, Souvenirs, HittitesYou might think that this image showed up in the search because this young man is wearing a hat. However, hat was not in the name, description or meta data for the picture.

This picture shows up because it was taken at Hattusa, Turkey.

Bannerghatta National Park, Lion, tiger, Bangalore, IndiaWhy did a picture of a lion show up in the search?

The picture was taken at the Bannerghatta National Park near Bangalore, India.

Flat Rim Hat, Black Hat, Mark Hall-Patton, Pawn Stars, Halloween CostumeThis black hat was used as part of a costume one year for Halloween.

What Lincoln Believed, Abraham Lincoln, Michael LindThis scan of the cover of What Lincoln Believed by Michael Lind showed up because of the word ‘what’. Other words that brought up images were  ‘that’ and ‘Manhattan’.

I have more images for ‘hat’ but my usual number to share is five, so I will bring this to a close.

Definitely an interesting mix of images from a search for ‘hat’.

Which is your favorite ‘hat’ picture?

What should I search for next? It will probably depend on where my mind is wandering next time.
