Since Wednesdays are often very busy for me, Wednesday Wanderings posts may become more common in the future. Where does my mind wander on Wednesdays?

So where has my mind wandered today?
When I was in Turkey we visited Antioch of Pisidia. While there I saw this sign in front of the ruins of the Roman Baths. I am always on the lookout for signs that have interesting English translations. Whether they have misspelled words or bad grammar. They are always fun. In this case I like the misspelling of ‘Dangerus & Forbitten’.
The day we visited Antioch of Pisidia was a very long day and I only posted a few pictures with little commentary. I have promised a longer post about Antioch of Pisidia and this is not that post 🙂 It will come in the future. I saw a post on Facebook earlier today that one of the couples who were on the tour with us were celebrating their wedding anniversary today. Above you see John and Jacque at Antioch and Pisidia.
So, how did this picture make me think of the other picture?
They are quite the adventurers 🙂
Congratulations on your anniversary!
Steven
The misspelled sign is great–and I like the fun twist at the end of the post.
p.s. I had a terrible time spelling “misspelled.” I didn’t realize that it had 2 s’s.
