Today has been a busy day and I am home late, so just a quick post tonight.
Tonight I had dinner with friends before attending the first session of a mini-meeting on the book of Romans at our church building.
We had dinner at Fuddruckers which is located in the Hacienda Crossings shopping center.
They have some great fluorescent lights in the plaza outside of the restaurant.
Across from Fuddruckers is On The Border and the wall of the restaurant has a southwest theme. I really like this fluorescent mural. I also like the way that the trunks of the palm trees are wrapped with the tiny white lights and the way they are silhouetted against the darkening sky.
The wall of Fuddruckers has a farm theme along with a classic burger and fries. These pictures have not captured the fluorescent lights very well, but I do like these pictures as they do bring back many memories of watching them over the years. The fluorescent lights turn off and on and highlight different areas of the murals. They also look nice in the daytime when they are not lit, but that is a different story.
We had a great evening. The food may not have been memorable, but the time spent with friends was.

I love neon too, it’s so nostalgic. Love the lights around the palm trees too.
Neat! Thanks for sharing.
Fun pics! There’s something so happy about bright neon.
