I am posting late in the day as I wanted to keep my post about Bethlehem on the front page of my blog for most of the day. If you missed it, you can still check it out at: O Little Town
Today was a nice day. Sharing a holiday meal with my friend Howard Hughes and his family. Playing games and unsuccessfully helping his son create an i-Tunes account. Sharing memories of our friendship and looking forward to the future. At the same time remembering why we have this day to celebrate.
The Holiday time at the end of the year is always a great time to reflect on the year and to think toward the future. What did you accomplish during the year, what can you do better or different in the next? I also like the winter holiday time as it can be a peaceful time of year where you can slow down and relax.
Tonight I am sharing a Holiday Card that I created for my followers and visitors. The picture was taken a couple years ago during a trip to Canada. A spot of color in a winter wonderland.
Just in case you are wondering, Hibiscus are not so hardy that they bloom in the snow. There is a large plate glass window between the Hibiscus and the snow :-).
Thanks for all the visits to my blog this year and the encouragement that I have received from many of you. I look forward to a new year of blogging as I share more of my wanderings.
Steven

Merry Christmas Steven, oh no….my yard is full of blooming Hibiscus…it’s glorious…;)
Beautiful card, Steven!!!
