Olive Wood

It is Christmas week and I am thinking about Olive Wood.

I am thinking about the huge Olive Wood Nativity Sets that I saw while visiting Bethlehem years ago.

I am also thinking about the Olive Wood Elephant that I bought to add to my elephant collection.

I am also thinking about the Olive trees in the Garden of Gethsemane.

OK, this post was supposed to just be about Olive Wood, but now I am thinking of olive pizza from Jacob’s Pizza in Jerusalem.

Now I am just getting hungry and thinking about olives and need to go eat a few.

Tonight I took a walk through the neighborhood. I have a goal of walking each day during my time off of work. I really need some exercise.

Since it was after dark when I walked I decided to take some pictures of Christmas decorations tonight.

Here is a nice mix of designs. The lights and colors are very pretty.

Here are some cute blowup presents.

Colorful candy canes and a big elf adorn this lawn.

A Star Wars fan lives in this house. Droids and the Dark side are represented here.

I tried to adjust this picture so that you could see what the base said.

I feel good after my walk. I also took a walk on Friday afternoon at work, so now three days in a row. Now to keep it up.
