Welcome to another Wednesday Image Search where I pick a string of letters or a word and share some of the images I find in an image search of the blog.
After searching for ‘cus’ last week, I will search for ‘dus’ this week.
What images will I find?
The first image is a barn at dusk. This beautiful old barn is in the Central Valley of California.
Here is my complete set of Happy Hollister books that all have dust jackets. It took me a long time to find them in book stores. I could have easily acquired them through the internet, but would have missed the fun of finding them in different places.
I try to have a food picture each week. Here are some cherries. The picture title was dusky cherries reflecting the time of day that I took the picture.
Here is a book that I have at home in one of my to read piles. Someday I will read about the Dust Bowl Migration in California.
Most of the images that came up in the search had the same theme. They were taken at dusk. This one was taken while sheltering in place during the pandemic.
I didn’t have much variety to choose from for ‘dus’. I hope you enjoyed my choices.
Which is your favorite of these ‘dus’ pictures?
What should I search for next? Perhaps I will extend the ‘?us’ series. Maybe ‘fus’? I don’t have enough for ‘eus’ so it will be skipped.
