Tonight I am a bit worn out after a week of long commutes and long days in the classroom. Thankfully the commute on Friday morning is usually light and we should end the class in the early afternoon. Then it will be time to start the weekend and get some rest.
Since I am so tired tonight I will just share a few napping pictures. There is info about them near the end of the post.
I have had several bad commutes this week. Last night it took almost twice as long as usual because of a major accident that backed up traffic for miles.
I also have had a few things slowing down my class and had to have the students stay late this evening to get caught up. Fortunately, tomorrow is the last day of the class, but we have a lot to cover before the test.
I did take a walk this evening, but not too long of a one. I needed to get a least a bit of good continuous exercise today.
Now to the pictures in this post. The first three have been used before in a post titled Too Tired to Post as well as a few other posts
The first picture is an old one of me napping at my Grandparent’s house near Hamburg, Iowa.
The second picture is my Dad in the same chair.
The third picture is my maternal Grandfather napping with my older sister.
The last picture is on of my paternal Grandfather napping with me. However, I don’t think he was getting much of a nap.
These pictures all bring back some good memories. I had some good examples when it came to napping properly.
I now need to get this posted and get some sleep. Another early start to my commute in the morning.

I notice a bunch of little bees pollinating the California Poppies around the perimeter of the wetlands.
You will have to look closely at the pictures, but you will see some of the little bees.
It is nice to take a walk and see the flora and fauna around our building while getting some fresh air.
Sometimes you see little lizards dart across the walkway or jack rabbits hopping around.
Or in this case just some little bees going around their work pollinating the flowers.
