While visiting my parents I ran across an interesting item that brought back some memories.

Here is how this works. You screw the top off, and then fill the chamber with toothpicks.

When you press down on the upper part dispenses a toothpick through the hole in the top.

I remember having this on the table, especially for big dinners like Thanksgiving and other holidays.
