I have had a long day in the classroom and then a dinner out with my students. So, I decided that tonight I would share some images that I took in Sheffield on Sunday night.
I always enjoy taking pictures of reflections. Especially when you have one or more of these silver balls. If you look closely you can see me in this picture.
I really liked the windows on the side of The Victoria Hall in Sheffield.
The Sheffield Cathedral is very beautiful at night. I stepped inside and sat through most of their Evensong service. The building is very interesting inside, but I was not able to take pictures since the service was in process.
Of course when you think of England you think of double decked buses. Here is one plying the streets of Sheffield.
This is one of eight fountains in the Sheffield Peace Garden. This a a beautiful and peaceful spot in the center of the city.
I hope you enjoyed this handful of night images from Sheffield, England.
