After almost four months of posts and getting home from a long trip it is time for a little blogkeeping.

Plus, I am trying to keep awake to keep jet lag from taking me down.

So, what is new or different with the blog?

First, I have added a new page to the top menu and placed the pages in a different order.

Second, I have added two new header pictures and selected the option for them to appear at random. If you don’t like a header when it comes up, you can refresh the page and a new one should appear :-).

Third, the new page that was added is titled Israel.

On this page I have placed links to all the posts associated with my just completed trip to Israel.

The posts are divided into three sections:

• Posts about traveling to Israel – These posts were written just before leaving for the trip and while traveling to Israel.
• Daily Posts from the Trip – These posts were written at the end of each day of travel.
• Posts about traveling home from Israel – These posts were written while at the airport during my 36 hour delay and when I arrived home.

I also added a section with links to blogs written by other members of the tour.

One of the reasons that I created the page was so that they can easily be accessed in the future. The posts about the trip can also be easily shared with others using one link.

I also plan on adding links to the page when I write additional posts about the trip to Israel.

Fourth, I updated the Popular Posts page to reflect the increased traffic on my blog during the trip to Israel. I was surprised that Amish in California? had retained a spot in the top five posts. It is the post that is pulled up most often by search engines, so maybe I shouldn’t be surprised.

Finally, I removed the Milestone Widget from the bottom of the page. I no longer need to let people know that I have an upcoming trip to Israel :-).
